💰 Rates & Deposits
What are your monthly or long-term rates?
We provide monthly, weekly, and daily stay options, regular lo,t and fenced/gated lot. Contact us for current monthly or weekly pricing, and check out our current promotion with the park host as well.
Are utilities included?
All sites include water, sewer, and trash service. Electricity is separate.
How much is the deposit?
A lot deposit and an electric deposit are required to secure your site.
Do you offer fenced lots or storage sheds?
Yes, all fenced and gated lots have a storage shed. For other lots, it is optional storage with an extra cost.
📅 Availability & Reservations
Do you have any available lots?
We currently have lots available! Contact us with your preferred dates and lot. For short term stay (less than 30 days), you can directly book online.
Can I reserve two lots next to each other?
Yes when they are available. Let us know early so we can reserve adjacent spaces for you.
How far in advance can I book?
Reservations can be made 2 months in advance. A deposit is required to hold your space. If more than 2 months in advance, please call our friendly park host to help.
Can I transfer my reservation to another park?
Yes, you can transfer your reservation to our sister RV parks. Check out our other RV parks in North Dallas at lamplightrv.com
🚐 RV & Tiny Home Accommodation
What RV sizes do you accept?
Most sites fit RVs between 30–44 feet. Both 30-amp and 50-amp hookups are available.
Are tiny homes allowed?
Yes, we welcome tiny homes and park-model RVs at select locations.
Do you offer fenced lots or storage sheds?
Yes, we have fenced or gated lots and optional storage shed rentals. Ask for availability.
🐾 Pet Policies
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We’re a pet-friendly community. Each park has its own guidelines for pet size, breed, and quantity — please confirm during your application. We have a nice, large dog park as well.
Do you accept emotional support animals (ESAs)?
Yes, ESAs are welcome with the proper documentation.
Can I have outdoor cats or small animals?
This depends on the park’s specific rules — contact us for details.

How do I apply?
For long term stay, we do a background check to ensure the safety of the park. Complete our online application or request a secure link via email. Once approved, we’ll confirm your move-in date and payment details.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I move in right away?
Yes, for a short-term stay, you can book online directly. For a long-term stay, our park host can expedite your application process.
